Good hognose, fast delivery

I ordered an Anaconda Hognose from here. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The snake seems healthy. No issues with the order process. The website was a bit slow to load sometimes.

Reliable for feeders

This was my fourth time ordering frozen feeders from XYZReptiles. Consistency is key with these, and they always deliver. The mice arrived well-packaged and still frozen solid, just like every other time. My Ball Python ate them right up. The only minor issue was the tracking update was a little slow this time, but the package still showed up when expected.

Good value on supplies

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on a setup for my new pet. I bought a full habitat kit for a Bearded Dragon, including a heat lamp and substrate. The price for the bundle was pretty good compared to other sites I checked. Shipping was also reasonably priced. Everything came in one box which was convenient. I wish they had more options for different substrate types in the bundle, but I'm satisfied with the value.

Love my new gecko!

I just received my Crested Gecko and it is so cute and active! I'm so happy with this purchase. The packaging was really secure, and the gecko looked great right out of the box. I was a little worried about ordering a live animal online, but everything went super smoothly. I'll definitely be buying from Xyzreptiles again. The heat lamp I also ordered was a little smaller than I expected, but it works.

Good price, quick delivery

I was looking to get a new Leopard Gecko and found one here. The price was pretty decent compared to other places, especially with the flat rate shipping. I signed up for their newsletter and got a small bonus discount too, which helped. The gecko arrived healthy in about 3 days, though the bedding in the container was a bit messy.

Reliable for live animals

This was my third time buying from Xyzreptiles, and they're always consistent. I got a Reticulated Python this time, and like my previous Ball Python and Leopard Gecko, it arrived in perfect condition. Their live arrival guarantee gives me peace of mind. Shipping was a bit slower than my last order, took 4 days to reach me in Arizona, but still within a reasonable timeframe. I keep coming back because their animals are always healthy and well-cared for.

Decent experience, minor improvements needed

I purchased a Sulcata Tortoise and a terrarium setup. The tortoise itself arrived healthy and active, which was the most important thing. The terrarium components were also all there and easy to assemble. I appreciated the live arrival guarantee, it made me feel more comfortable placing such a large order for a live animal. However, tracking information for the tortoise was not updated as frequently as I would have liked, causing a bit of anxiety. Also, their customer service email took about two days to respond to my question about feeding guidelines before arrival. Overall, it was a positive experience but communication could be a bit quicker.

Fast shipping, healthy animal

Ordered a Kenyan Sand Boa. Shipping was fast. Animal arrived healthy. Box had a slight dent.
